Policies and Procedures

We have updated our current guidelines regarding 

Health and Safety, Hygiene and Social Distancing 

all related to Covid-19.

We would like to update you on the current government restrictions being eased on Monday 19th July 2021.

The following will take place within our salon:

1. We ask that all our clients please still sanitise on arrival within the salon. 

2. We won't be enforcing any of our staff or clients to wear a face mask, however, if you feel more comfortable wearing one yourself
 we understand that as well and you can of course wear it

3. There will be gowns, cutting collars and towels for beauty now being used instead of the plastic coverings

3. We will still use throwaway cups for refreshments however we do now have magazines and use of our toilet facilities

4. We are remaining to be cashless so only taking cards as a payment option 

5. We are still limiting the number of people within the salon, so although our chairs will stay full
we are not having extras within the salon, meaning you must still come alone where possible. 


Our policy stands if you cancel on the day of the appointment you will be charged a 50% fee on your next appointment,

this is to limit the number of people not showing up for their appointment.

However, we feel we have to put our trust in our clients and hope that if you are feeling unwell or showing signs of COVID-19 

such as a cold, a sniffle, cough or fever, firstly, we are sorry to hear it!

And secondly, we would ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment so that we can see you when you’re back feeling fighting fit.

that you would take the right precautions and cancel your booking with us and self-isolate.


We hope you are as pleased as we are to get back to 'normal' within the salon and daily life!
